The property was spacious and clean, the pool and hot tub were great, but a 15 page rental agreement is over the top. I have never had a contract like and have had many vacation rentals. In case of war, the owner is exempt from the agreement? Don't use the fire extinguisher except in case of emergency? Clean your shoes for ten minutes before entering the house? The bedrooms were hot and stuffy, even though the air conditioner seemed to be working well. We kept doors closed as instructed. Also, I got locked out on the patio when the door closed and locked. Even though the facility was wonderful, the incredible rules put a damper on our weekend. The little children did learn what "trapezoid", "obtuse" and "acute angles mean."

We are a family of 13 ranging in age from 68 to 2 and we rent a house annually for a week so the kids can have fun with the cousins. This house fit what we look for, a pool, large gathering place and a nice kitchen to prepare meals. This house met all of the items we look for and we thank the owner for the opportunity to rent it.

We had a fantastic time! Everyone enjoyed being together! The house is very clean and has everything you would want. Renee is on top of it! She is a great communicator. She is very thorough. The contract could be overwhelming but if you treat the home as if it were your own you won’t have an issue!! It is a great place!!

Outstanding place to come hangout with a group of friends. We had 10 adults for the weekend. The living space and kitchen is wide open for dinner and gathering. The game room will keep you busy just as long as the pool and hot tub. I will definitely be staying here again. The host was very friendly and fast to respond to anything. The entire place has all essential for cooking and was very clean. 10/10 experience, highly recommend!

Our extended family of 10 (adults and small children) stayed at the property and had a great time. The pool and rec room were fantastic and we spent the majority of our time there during our stay. The saltwater pool is beautiful, but the hot tub could use an update. Everything was very organized in the kitchen, which made cooking easy. We all agreed that we would stay again someday.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The house was perfect for our family, especially with the pool and numerous games for the kids—they had a blast! The location was ideal, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The host was excellent and very easy to communicate with, even offering an extended checkout. We will definitely be back next summer. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a great time. Lots to do with the rec room and pool in the back and then it was also wonderful to have a separate yard with a play scape for our toddlers. The family also really enjoyed playing hide and seek with the double staircase. 😅

We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Renee was very responsive, and explained everything very well. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the girls loved the game room! We had plenty of room to gather everyone together, and also room for privacy when needed. We hope to stay here again the next time we are in the area! Had a great time and would recommend this rental to anyone. We will rent it again if/when we come back to go fishing again. We had a group of 11 people that were meeting to go fishing for Walleye at Lake Erie for a bachelor party. The house worked out great for us. Plenty of bedrooms and beds. Also, the game room was a real plus. We played a lot of cards, dice, and games around the table which was a great time amongst friends. Everything was well laid out. As others have said, the level of detail on the cleanup is quite extensive. There are two parts to that. First, it was a bit of overkill, but the details were all given up front. Second, while extensive, I can appreciate the detail and care put into the instructions. We did the cleanup and the only things we were charged for is laundry which was expected. Renee, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful! Our experience was solid all the way around!

House was nice, kitchen was great! Lots of things to use. Lots of beds but so many were in each room. Upstairs is not for tall people! We were required to do a lot of cleaning prior to leaving in order to get our deposit back, which isn’t what you want to do after a relaxing weekend. Pool was great!

The house is right on a main road, and all those beds in only four bedrooms made for interesting groupings. We loved the pool and "rec" room and had great family times mostly staying at the site and ignoring the lake. Easy access to Cedar Point.
